摘要
加热炉是钢铁工业的重要能耗设备,该文结合加热炉的热工理论构建了一套包含加热炉能耗、生产、状态和环境四个方面指标体系,并基于层次分析法(AHP)研究了加热炉能效评估模型,该模型包含无量纲化、指标赋权、加权计算和钻取分析这四个过程。基于指标体系和评估模型的研究,开发实现了加热炉能效综合评估系统,该系统应用于上海某钢铁工业炉工程技术有限公司,对该公司步进式加热炉进行能效评估,通过向下钻取找到了造成能效低下的指标,为提高加热炉能效提供了依据。
Heating furnace is an important energy consumption equipment. This paper constructed a set of index system that includes energy consumption,production,state and environment combined with thermal theory. At the same time,based on AHP,this paper studied an evaluation model that includes dimensionless,indicator empowerment and weighted calculation. Based on the above researches,a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system of the heating furnace was realized and applied to an Iron and Steel Industry Furnace Engineering Technology Co in Shang Hai. An evaluation of the Stepping heating furnace was conducted.The index that lead to low energy efficiency was founded and provided to improve heating furnace's energy efficiency as a basis.
