高校教师教学业绩考核系统是一个基于B/S模式的MIS系统。该文以沈阳师范大学教师教学工作业绩考核为背景,从业务需求分析开始,阐述系统架构、功能结构、数据模型等方面的设计过程。该系统体现业绩考核既要依照学校总体要求,又要体现各二级院系单位专业建设需要以及其业绩量化计算的实现方法,为教师的教学业绩考核提供了一个安全可靠的网络信息化平台,对高校教学管理工作的信息化发展具有重要的意义。

Teaching achievement evaluation system of university teachers is a MIS system based on B/S mode. From the beginning of business requirement analysis, this paper describes the design process of system architecture, function structure, data model taking the teaching achievement evaluation of Shenyang Normal University as the background. This system reflects that the teaching achievement evaluation not only accorded to the general requirements of the university,but also reflected the professional construction of subordinate units,and also reflected the implementation method of evaluation calculation of them. This system provides a safe and reliable network information platform for teaching achievement evaluation,and it also has important significance of information development in teaching management of Colleges and Universities.
