摘要 矿热炉是一种耗能巨大的工业生产设备,电能占到全部成本的70%以上,且当前的矿热炉功率因数地下,绝大多数的自然功率因素均在0.7—0.8之间。同时由于其三相电极之间电压很难控制平衡,导致炉内温度不均匀,影响产品质量等问题,由于此行业在国内生产厂家相对较多,耗电严重,而其产品又是我国国民经济及世界工业不可缺少的。所以本文分析了矿热炉加装无功补偿的重要性,并且分别对两种常见的无功补偿方式进行了详细的分析。 submerged arc furnace is a kind of huge energy consumption of industrial production equipment, electricity accounted for more than 70% of the total cost, and the current in the power factor of the underground-arc furnace, the vast majority of natural power factor is between 0.7-0.8. At the same time because of the three phase voltage is hard to control balance between electrodes, results in uneven temperature in the furnace, affect the product quality problems, due to the industry in the domestic manufacturers more, power consumption, and its products is indispensable to China's national economy and the industry. So this article analyzed the ore heat furnace with the importance of reactive power compensation, and respectively for two common way of reactive compensation is analyzed in detail.
