摘要
近年来,数字视频应用产业链快速的发展,视频应用逐渐向高分辨率、高帧率、高压缩比的方向快速发展。2010年1月,ITU-T/VCEG和ISO/IEC MPEG联合成立JCT-VC联合协作小组,统一制定了下一代视频编码标准HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding),简称为H.265。本文主要针对新一代视频编码标准HEVC,对其关键技术原理进行分析,设计了视频编码芯片,并通过实验比较了HEVC与H.264的编码能力与压缩能力。
In recent years,the rapid development of digital video applications industry chain,video application gradually to the high resolution,high frame rate,high compression ratio in the direction of rapid development.In January 2010,the ITU-T/VCEG and set up a joint ISO/IEC MPEG JCT-VC joint coordination group,unified the next generation Video Coding standard HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding),referred to as h.265.In this paper,according to a new generation of video coding standard HEVC,analyzes its key principle,design the video encoding chip,and through the experiment compared the HEVC and h.264 coding and compression ability.
