摘要
针对射频功率放大器的特点,采用CMOS工艺设计射频集成功率放大器,采用差分输入的方式以及cascode结构,大大提高了射频放大器的增益性能,且具有较高效率及线性度。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the RF power amplifier, using CMOS technology to design RF integrated power amplifier design, the use of differential input mode and CASCODE structure, greatly enhance the gain performance of RF power amplifier, and has high efficiency and linearity.
