摘要
故障预测和健康管理(PHM)是一种全面的故障检测、隔离和预测及状态管理控制技术,将它用于机载雷达监视及故障诊断的一体化控制系统,可有效提高机载雷达工作的任务可靠性。根据机载雷达的电气特性和故障模式,首先给出了PHM系统的总体结构,并对系统的工作和实现方法进行了详细的描述,同时,还介绍了智能控制技术在故障预测中的应用,最后对PHM技术进行了总结和展望。
Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)technology is an all-round technology of fault detection,isolation,and prognostic and health management.Using the technology for control system of the radar can increase the success rate of flying mission.The electric characteristics and various factors which can cause failures of radar are analyzed.The structure of PHM is given.The system operation and implementation methods and the application of intelligent control in the system are described in detail.At the end,we prospect the development direction of PHM technology in the future.
