Mobile learning is a research hotspot and an outcome of the information age.The use of mobile learning platform to train employees is a future direction of enterprise training.By using the method of literature research, first briefly about mobile learning situation in the enterprise application at home and abroad, and then analyzes the application of mobile learning platform in enterprise training, put forward the sustainable development strategy of enterprises using mobile learning platform to train employees, and train more excellent employees for the long-term development of enterprises.
