面向大类培养的网络工程专业人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Personnel Training Mode of Network Engineering Major Facing Large Class Culture

为进一步适应高等教育综合改革与发展需要,深化人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量,针对桂林理工大学网络工程专业人才培养在课堂教学、课程考核方式、实践教学、教师教学水平、教学激励机制等方面存在的问题,探讨了面向大类培养的人才培养模式,给出网络工程专业人才培养的课程模块,并探讨了人才培养改革规划。该方案密切联系学校实际,具有很强的针对性和可操作性,对提高学校网络工程专业人才培养质量提供了一些新思路。

In order to adapt to the needs of reform and development in higher education, deepen the reform of personnel training mode, and improve the quality of personnel training, the training pattern for large class culture talent, courses modules for training of network engineering talent, and the reform of the training plan are investigated in the paper. The investigation involves problems existing in classroom teaching, curriculum evaluation, teaching practice, teaching level, and teaching incentive mechanism in professional training of network engineering majors of Guilin University of Technology. The program is closely integrated with the actual situation of the university. And it has a strong pertinence and operability, and proposes some new ideas to improve the quality of personnel training of network engineering majors of the university.
