摘要
健康档案是人们未来医疗和生活的重要组成部分,目前国内健康档案系统数量庞大混杂,但是能够进行数据交互的系统太少。为了帮助健康档案系统广泛普及,真正的让健康档案系统能为人民服务,以及未来各个机构、医院的信息交互,通过查阅相关资料,分析国内外发展差异,并对国内相关健康档案系统进行分类研究,总结出目前健康档案系统亟待解决的问题,并提出建立基于云平台的、面向全民健康的、能够与现有系统互联互通的、动态的健康档案系统,以期为日后国内健康档案的发展完善做出相应的贡献。
As an important component of the future medical care and life,the number of health records is large and promiscuous in our country,but too few systems can exchange data with each other.In order to help the health record system spread widely,letting it serve the people truly,and letting information be exchanged between agencies and hospitals in the future,the author refers to relevant literature,analyzes the development differences at home and abroad,and classifies the related health records system in China,summarize the problems that need to be solved in it,proposed that establishing a health record system,which Based on cloud platform, health oriented,dynamic,and able to interact with existing systems.And hoping that it can make corresponding contribution to the development and improvement of the health record.
