Exploration and Practice of Talent Training model of Software Service Outsourcing Based on the Five Principles Five Double Mode

地方高校普遍存在信息闭塞,高端人才匮乏,培养方案固化,培养内容落后等通病。改文阐述了宜春学院以"五化"(师资构成一体化、标准制定一体化、教学实施一体化、质量保障一体化和资源创新一体化)为内容,以"五双"(双教师联袂、双课堂融通、双实践联动、双引擎驱动、双主体互动)为抓手,突破常规思维,破解地方高校固有的资源瓶颈,实现高校与企业联姻,为社会培养满足企业需求的软件外包紧缺人才。

There are many common problems in local colleges and universities,such as lack of information,lack of high-end talents,solidification of training programs and backward cultivation of content.This paper expounds the Yichun University how to take "Five principles "(Integration of Teachers,Integration of teaching standards,Integration of teaching and practice,Integration of quality assurance and Integration of resource innovation) as the content,take the "five double"(Two teachers join hands,Double classroom accommodation,Double practice linkage,Double engine drive,Double subject interactive) as the starting point,to break the routine thinking,break the bottleneck of resources in local colleges,realize the marriage between universities and enterprises,and train software outsourcing talents meeting the needs of the enterprise for society.
