摘要
现代学徒制是一种变革实现人才培养模式的有效途径,结合高职教育自身性质和特色,在高职教育试行"现代学徒制"的人才培养方式,可以促进高职院校专业内涵建设,文章从现代学徒制含义入手,讨论了现代学徒制在高职院校中应用现状并就应用现状做了一些探索,以及对"现代学徒制"在高职计算机专业人才培养中提出自己的想法。
Modern apprenticeship is an effective way to realize the talents training mode reform, higher vocational education in the light of its nature and characteristics in Higher Vocational Education Training Mode for modern apprenticeship, can promote the professional connotation construction in higher vocational colleges, the article from the modern apprenticeship meaning, discusses the modern apprenticeship application in Higher Vocational colleges application status and do some exploration, and puts forward ideas about the Modern apprenticeship system in Higher Vocational Computer Major.
