IT项目的管理在任何一个环节都不能疏忽大意,尤其是当今市场环境竞争越发激烈的背景下,市场客户的满意度期望以及公司领导对项目快速实施并成功验收的要求,使得项目实施团队的压力越发增加,势必要求项目实施团队对项目初期的需求管理提升到一个新的高度,唯有严控需求管理,才能打好整个项目执行的基石。文章基于诸多ERP实施项目实战经验,解析了在需求管理方面需要注意的事项和重点关注的事务处理,旨在给有同样需求的IT项目实施团队提供部分有价值的参考依据。
