新建本科院校青年教师教学能力发展路径探析

摘要 教育教学质量的高低关乎着新建本科院校能否成功转型,而新建本科院校由于青年教师居多,其本身教学经验不足,缺乏必要的教学实践技能及教学思维,加之个人自我认知存在偏差以及专业知识准备的不足,使得发展青年教师教学能力成为新建本科院校工作的重中之重。为此,该文从转变教师教学观念,培养"应用型"思维;及时更新知识体系,树立终身学习理念;创新教师培养模式,实现知识共享;把握参与实践机会,提升应用能力四个方面提出了新建本科院校青年教师教学能力发展的路径。 The quality of education and teaching is closely related to the success of the transformation of Newly-established universities, While the majority of Newly-established Universities having a large number of young teachers who lack teaching experience, teaching practice and teaching thinking skills, In addition, the deviation of personal cognition and the lack of specialized knowledge preparation. The development of young teachers' teaching ability has become the most important task of newly-built universities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the development path of teaching ability of young teachers in Newly-established universities from four aspects, which are Changing teacher's teaching idea, training "application type" thinking; updating the knowledge system, Setting up the concept of lifelong learning; innovating teacher training model Realizing knowledge sharing;Seizing the opportunity to participate in practice, Enhancing application ability.
