基于Minitab软件的相变材料电池组的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 锂电池作为电动汽车的重要单元,锂电池由于具有环保的优点,广泛应用于电动汽车。受低温条件下锂离子在正负极颗粒中固相扩散阻抗增大,电阻和电荷传递电阻随着温度的降低而显著增加。部分粒子在低温下结晶,刺穿了隔膜导致电池失效。为改善低温条件下锂电池的性能,该文以18650锂电池为例,进行热管理系统的优化,设计了相变材料与加热膜片预热结构,进行了放电效果实验和温度控制,得出低温环境下电池组的预热效果。 For the advantages of environmental protection,lithium battery as an important unit of electric cars,are widely used in electric vehicles.The low temperature performance of the batteries were due to show kinetics of Li-ion diffusion in cathode and anode materials,along with the low temperature,the resistance and electric charge increased significantly.Some particles under the low temperature grain formation and pierced the diaphragm,which lead to spent batteries.In order to improve the performance of lithium-ion batteries under the condition of low temperature,which takes 18650 lithium batteries for example, for the optimization of thermal management system, phase change materials and preheating structure are designed,discharge experiment and temperature control be carried out, it is concluded that preheating battery pack effect under low temperature conditions.
