摘要 电力安全是公共安全的重要内容,电网稳定安全运行是城市居民生活和国民经济发展的重要保证。电力安全与电压、电力设备运行状况、气象、地理位置等因素有关。在发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度等过程中,会衍生出海量数据。除此之外,电力大数据还与气象、GIS、经济和互联网等外部数据相关。如何通过采集这些不同领域的数据,对各种实时数据以及历史数据等各种结构化、非结构化数据进行深度挖掘分析,进行数据跨界融合,保证电网安全高效运行。该文通过采集电力内外部数据,通过智能信息融合等技术,实现数据跨界融合,挖掘电力大数据潜在价值。通过数据分析和跨界融合,并构建面向基于电力公共安全的跨界大数据一体化管理平台。 Electric safety is an important part of public safety, stable and safe operation of the power is an important guarantee for the development of urban residents and the development of national economy.
