近几年来,随着大型公益活动的开展以及突发事件的发生,志愿者这一特殊队伍的作用日益凸显,但对于志愿者的管理工作还处于初级水平。该文以唐山市妇联巾帼志愿者管理工作为背景,针对志愿者管理工作中出现的问题进行深入地研究和分析,优化志愿者管理的工作流程,设计了唐山市巾帼志愿者管理系统,以便更好地开展唐山市志愿者服务活动。

In recent years,with the development of large-scale public welfare activities and emergencies,volunteers play an increasingly important role in this special team,but the management of volunteers is still in the primary level.Based on the background of Tangshan City Women's Federation for women's volunteer management,this article has made deep research and analysis aiming at the problems in the volunteer management and optimized the volunteer management process.The auther has designed the Women's Volunteer Management System of Tangshan City in order to carry out the volunteer service activities better in Tangshan.
