This paper introduced the software and hardware architecture of gas bleeder igniting system of shaft furnace in detail via a real implemented project, as well as providing the related design method and monitoring process. Actual operation circumstance shows that the provided system could ignite and cutoff reliably,which enabled to provide a reference for the gas bleeder igniting system in lower calorific value to the industrial and mining enterprises.
