多通道油气井出砂在线监测系统 被引量:1

摘要 出砂是油气井开采过程中经常遇到的问题,出砂会侵蚀输油管壁,损毁采收设备,严重出砂引起地穴亏空,地层塌陷,导致油井报废。因此,出砂不仅增加开采,维护成本,降低采收率,而且易引起安全事故。利用ARM联合AD7656对油井气出砂信号进行多通道采集,通过对出砂信号进行特性分析,并对出砂信号进行降噪处理,根据分析处理后的信号特性,用来实时高效监测油气井出砂状况,为作业人员提供出砂信息,及时调整开采方案。 Sand production is a common problem in the progress of oil and gas well mining. Sand production will erode the oil pipeline wall, and destroy the collecting equipment.Serious Sand production can Cause the sand to move out of the stratum,lead to wellbore collapsing and abandonment of oil and gas well.Therefore,Sand production not only increases the mining and maintenance costs, reduces the recovery rat, but also cause security accidents easily. Using ARM combined with AD7656-1,we can carry out multi-channel acquisition of oil and gas sand production signals,By analyzing the characteristics of sand signal,and reducing the noise of sand signal,According to the signal characteristics of the analysis, it is used to monitor sand production status of oil and gas well in real time and efficiently, provide sand information for the operator and adjust mining scheme timely.
