摘要
在介绍某核电厂反应堆保护系统的结构和功能的基础上,阐述了实施FMEA分析的具体步骤。选取反应堆保护系统中的典型功能结构进行了插件级FMEA分析,给出了最终详细的分析结果,发现了保护系统设计中的部分潜在风险,并采取措施改进系统设计中的薄弱环节。
On the basis of the introduction of the structure and functionality of the reactor protection system(RPS) in a nuclear powerplant, the concrete steps for the implementation of the FMEA analysis are proposed. The typical functional structure unit of reactorprotection system is selected for module-level FMEA analysis. The final detailed analysis results are given, and some potentialrisks in the design of RPS are found, also measures are taken to improve the weak links in system design in certain extent.
