In developing database application system, it is a common data operation to use form and SELECT-SQL query to realizecomplex data query. This paper gives the construction concept, implementation steps and key points of inquiry form teaching modelbased on VFP. It can teach the basic concepts of inquiry form design, basic knowledge, operation skills and thinking ability, at thesame time pay attention to the integration of theory and practice, and improve students' ability to solve practical problems.
