摘要
该文所设计的永磁无刷直流电机伺服控制系统采用ST公司的8位低成本高性能单片机STM8S105实现电机控制算法,功率驱动电路采用TI公司的DRV8301芯片实现功率驱动电路和控制器工作电源变换,采用LTC公司的电源专用芯片LTC4364-1实现电源过压、欠压和过流故障保护,并配置位置传感器,可满足高精度伺服控制需求。实验结果表明,该文设计的系统具备结构简单、成本低、可靠性高的特性,可广泛应用于中低压永磁无刷直流电机伺服控制系统。
In this paper, the permanent magnet brushless DC motor servo control system uses STM8 S105, 8-bit Low-cost high-performance microcontroller, to achieve motor control algorithm, uses DRV8301 chip of TI Company to realize the power drive circuitand controller work power change, uses LTC4364-1 special chip to realize the power overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrentfault protection, and dispose the position sensor, can meet the high-precision servo control demand. The experimental results showthat the system designed in this paper possesses the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and high reliability. It can be widely used in the servo control system of medium and low voltage permanent magnet brushless DC motor.
