摘要
引弧作为气体放电的关键,必须满足引弧难度小和结构简单的特性。在分析了几种常用的引弧电源后,提出了一种改进型的引弧电源,并对功率转换电路、驱动控制电路及保护电路的原理和设计作了详尽的阐述。在满足引弧对电源的基本特性要求后,相较于传统引弧电源,其具有体积小、可靠性高、成本低的特点。最后,通过实验进行了验证。
Arc ignition as the key to gas discharge, it must be easy and simple structure to meet the characteristics. After analyzing several commonly used arc power supplies, an arc power supply is proposed, and expounded the principle and design of the new power converter circuit, the drive control circuit and the protection circuit in detail. After meeting the basic requirements of the arc power supply for gas discharge, compared with the traditional arc power supply, it has the characteristics of small size, high reliability and low cost. Finally, it is verified through experiments.
