德国双元制教育,作为现代学徒制的典型代表,在完善的法律体系的保障下,深入开展校企合作;以第三方机构为纽带,顺利的处理学校、企业和政府之间的关系,其运行机制完备而流畅,为德国制造业登顶全球奠定了坚实基础,研究和借鉴德国成功的学徒制职业教育模式,为我国探索和建立现代学徒制职业教育模式在法律保障、第三方机构的纽带作用、制度建设等方面获得借鉴意义。
As a typical representative of the modern apprenticeship system, the German dual education system is deeply engaged inthe cooperation between schools and enterprises under the protection of the perfect legal system. With the third party, the relation-ship between schools, enterprises and government is well handled.
