摘要 步行或者跑步等健身运动是一种大众健身和锻炼身体的很好方式,研究证明在合适的步数和步频参数下,健身效果比较明显。目前主流的记录步数和步频的工具就是健身计步器,包括可穿戴式运动手环、基于智能手机的运动APP等,本文分析了计步器的多个方面研究成果并提出一些需要改进的建议加以研究。 Exercise such as walking or running is a great way to get fit and exercise.The results show that the fitness effect is obvious in the appropriate number of steps and frequency parameters.Currently, the main tools for recording steps and steps are fitness pedometers, including wearable sports bracelets and mobile apps based on smart phones. This paper analyzes several aspects of the pedometer and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
