Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship for Higher Vocational Communication Technology Major

当前现代学徒制人才培养模式对高职学院提升人才培养质量至关重要。本研究在分析通信技术专业的人才培养存在的问题,从招生模式、课程体系建设、师资队伍构成、实训基地建设和人才技能五个方面探索了现代学徒制人才培养模式在通信技术专业的实践与应用,从而实现了高职学院通信技术专业校企协同育人。

The current mode of modern apprenticeship personnel training is very important for higher vocational college to improvethe quality of talent training. Based on the analysis of the problems in the training of communication technology professionals fromthe enrollment mode and curriculum system construction, teachers team construction, training base construction and personnelquality evaluation of five aspects of the modern apprenticeship training mode in communication technology professional practiceand application, so as to realize the enterprise communication technology specialty in Higher Vocational College cooperative education.
