摘要
现如今科技变得越来越发达,机器人也慢慢走进社会的各个领域中,诸如生活、教育、安全、食品、医药、工业自动化等。近年来,工人的劳动力成本在呈逐年上升的趋势,为了降低工人的劳动强度,提高经济效益和技术水平,码垛机器人被广泛应用,在工业自动化领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本课题是以物品码垛生产线为研究对象,设计出了一套以西门子1200PLC为核心控制器的码垛机器人生产线控制系统,并对系统总体设计、硬件设计和软件设计进行了阐述。
Nowadays, technology is becoming more and more developed, and robots are gradually entering various fields of society,such as life, education, safety, food, medicine, industrial automation, etc. In recent years, workers labor costs in the rising trendyear by year, in order to reduce the labor intensity of the workers, improve the economic benefit and technology level, stacking ro-bots are widely used and play an increasingly important role in the field of industrial automation. This topic is based on items palletproduction line as the research object, designed a set of Siemens 1200 palletizing robot production line control system of PLC asthe core controller, and the system overall design, hardware design and software design are expounded.
