摘要
该文针对高校转型发展和创新创业新要求,围绕软件工程专业人才需求,深入分析高校人才培养特点,从专业人才培养课程体系、实习实训基地建设、"双师、双能型"师资队伍建设等方面,对应用技术型人才培养的软件工程专业人才培养模式进行了探索。
This paper aims at the new requirements of transformation and development and innovation and entrepreneurship in universities,Around the needs of software engineering professionals,In-depth analysis of the characteristics of personnel training inColleges and universities,From the aspects of professional training curriculum system,practice training base construction,"doubleteacher and dual energy" teaching staff construction,etc,This paper explores the training mode of software engineering professionals for the training of applied technology talents.
