摘要
烟草行业高度重视规范工作,积极探索以信息化技术为支撑,实现采购业务的信息化监督管理。该文站在行业集中监管的角度,在充分了解和分析整个行业采购管理流程的基础上,对规划与设计行业级采购管理平台做出进一步的细化和解读,为强化信息化支撑有效提升采购管理的信息化监管水平提供参考。
The Chinese tobacco industry has basically implemented the information-based supervision and management of the procurement activities.From the perspective of industry centralized supervision, planning and designing industry level procurement management platform, not only can effective unified industry procurement management process and standard,standardize the procurement process of planning, purchasing, contract, acceptance and supplier management, but also can give full play to the control of information system and the role of purchasing departments and management departments at all levels, effectively enhance the overall level of industry procurement management information system.
