LoRa通信技术在天然气井数据监测系统的应用

摘要 为了保障天然气井的生产安全,需要对各天然气井中管道内的差压、温度、压力、流量等重要参数进行采集,以实时对井下作业状态进行监测。该文以天然气井的监测为切入点,引入了LoRa技术在天然气井数据监测系统的应用这一话题,然后详细阐述了LoRa通信技术的优点和缺点,并对其基本原理进行了说明;以一个实际的系统设计为案例,对LoRa通信技术在天然气井数据监测系统的应用进行了全面分析,包括系统的总体方案设计、系统的硬件设计以及系统的软件设计;最后对LoRa通信技术在物联网领域的应用方向进行了总结和展望。 In order to ensure the production safety of natural gas wells, it is necessary to collect the important parameters, such as differential pressure,temperature, pressure and flow in the pipeline of various natural gas wells, so as to monitor the condition of underground operation in real time. Taking the monitoring of natural gas well as the breakthrough point, this paper introduces the topic of the application of LoRa technology in the data monitoring system of natural gas well, then expounds the advantages and disadvantages of LoRa communication technology in detail, and explains its basic principle; with a practical system design as a case, the number of natural gas wells in the LoRa communication technology is the number of natural gas wells. According to the application of the monitoring system, a comprehensive analysis is made, including the overall scheme design of the system, the hardware design of the system and the software design of the system.Finally, the application direction of LoRa communication technology in the field of Internet of things is summarized and prospected.
