摘要 工业以太网是计算机革命带来的新型基础设施。工业4.0时代的到来,对工业以太网的拓展能力、集成能力和确定性通讯能力提出了更高的要求。针对传统的工业以太网在应用中遇到的网络结构不灵活、广播风暴风险等问题,从以太网交换机的工作原理出发,设计了一套新型的工业以太网网络架构,并命名为EOE(Ethernet Over Ethernet)。这种网络架构兼容传统的以太网架构和硬件设备,支持灵活多变的拓扑结构,从而为多网融合提供了技术基础。与此同时,加入了确定性通讯机制,从而确保根除网络风暴。 Industrial Ethernet is a new infrastructure brought about by the computer revolution. The arrival of the era of industrial 4.0 has put forward higher industrial Ethernet requirements for the expansion capability, integration ability and deterministic communication capability. In view of the problems of inflexible network structure and broadcast storm risk encountered in the application of traditional industrial Ethernet, a new type of industrial Ethernet network architecture is designed. It changed the working principle of Ethernet switch, and named EOE(Ethernet Over Ethernet). This network architecture is compatible with traditional Ethernet architectures and hardware devices, and supports flexible topology, thus providing a technical foundation for multi network convergence. At the same time, a deterministic communication mechanism is added to ensure the eradication of the network storm.
