摘要
昭通作为云南省贫困人口最多的地区,扶贫工作一直是不可忽视的重大问题。扶贫工作要稳定有效的持续进行,利用计算机平台,将过去的人工管理贫困数据、主观进行扶贫决策,逐步向基于大数据和机器学习的智能化的管理、决策方式过渡。该文基于机器学习,对精准扶贫系统中机器学习方法的研究和系统的现实意义进行了理论探讨,在后期的系统分析与设计中,具有重要意义。
Zhaotong is the area with the most poverty population in Yunnan province. The poverty relief work has been an important problem that cannot be ignored and should be carried out steadily and effectively and continuously. By using the technology of the computer, the past traditional manual management means should be transitioned to intelligent management and decision-making Based on big data and machine learning. Based on machine learning, this paper conducts a theoretical discussion on the research of machine learning methods in the precision poverty alleviation system and the practical significance of the system,which is of great significance in the later systematic analysis and design.
