现代中药在使用过程中如何保证中药临床疗效和用药安全是一个历史性难题,直接关系着患者的健康和生命安全乃至整个中医药行业的发展。长期以来,中药在临床使用过程中存在着一定的安全隐患,引发了人们的广泛关注。该文研究运用一种适合我国中药材全链条安全控制与监管的中药材追溯方法,来完成对中药材从生产种植到流通使用过程中各环节信息的记录,提供记录查询,解决中药材行业的价格不透明、以次充好而造成中药材质量参差不齐的问题,有效消除中药材行业中的药材囤积行为,维持中药材市场秩序稳定,并实现中药材全链条的溯源和质量监管。

How to ensure the clinical efficacy and safety of modern Chinese medicine is a historic problem, which is directly related to the health and safety of patients and even the development of the whole Chinese medicine industry.For a long time,there are some hidden dangers in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine, which has aroused widespread concern.In this paper, a method of traceability of Chinese medicinal materials, which is suitable for the whole chain safety control and supervision of Chinese herbal medicines, is studied and used to record and query the information of every link in the process of production, planting and circulation of Chinese medicinal materials. To solve the problem that the prices of the Chinese herbal medicine industry are not transparent and the quality of the Chinese medicinal materials is uneven due to the substandard filling, effectively eliminate the hoarding of the Chinese medicinal materials in the traditional Chinese medicine industry, and maintain the order and stability of the Chinese medicinal materials market. And realize the whole chain of Chinese medicinal materials traceability and quality supervision.
