摘要
本文指出了听力与听力教学的重要性,分析了影响学习者听力理解能力的因素,尤其强调了文化背景知识对听力理解的影响。在图式理论的指导下,笔者进一步论证了文化认知的重要地位,并从物质层面、制度层面和精神层面探讨了文化差异对听力理解的影响。最后提出要充分利用听力课堂,在教学中结合词语、对话、背景注释和影视片来启发学习者的文化认知能力,从而提高学生的听力理解水平。
This paper points out the significance of listening as a language skill as wall as teaching of listening comprehension,and analyzes the important factors that influence listening comprehension,with the focus on the cultural background knowledge of learners.Under the guidance of the theory of"schemata",the paper further verifies the key role of culture recognition and intends to probe into the impacts that cultural differences have on listening comprehension,from physical,conventional and psychological levels.In the end,the author argues that language teachers should make full use of class periods to cultivate learners’ culture recognition so as to improve their hstening comprehension capability,by teaching culture through culture-loaded words,conversations,culture notes and movies.
