摘要
该文从社会建构主义的观点,讨论了在我国大学英语课堂教学中建立动态评估的必要性和可行性。文章对"评估"、"考试"、"课堂评估"等有关术语进行了定义,论证了课堂评估的动态性和认知建构性。作者认同费厄斯坦的认知地图所表达的七个因素,提出了开发课堂教学动态评估的七大理由,为课堂教学动态评估设计了一个五段式评估操作流程图。最后,论文对课堂教学评估所涉及的多项认知策略分项进行了阐释。作者在结论中提出,课堂教学动态评估在开发学生的认知、培养学生学会如何学习的过程中起着重要作用。
This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of building up a dynamic assessment process in a Chinese EFL classroom from a social constructionist perspective,The paper first tries to make clear what'assessment'and'test' actually mean to an EFL classroom teacher,argues the dynamic,cognitive and constructionist nature of classroom assessment.On the base of Feuerstein's cognitive map with seven factors,the paper has offered seven rationales for developing classroom assessment,and designed a five-phase assessment process:planning,observing,reflecting, analyzing,and decision-making.Some cognitive assessment strategies are suggested as concerning EFL classroom practice and on alternative occasions.Lastly it concludes that developing moment-to-moment assessment in a Chinese EFL classroom is both necessary and important in order to develop learners'cognitive abihty by teaching learners learn how to learn in the new century.
