摘要
在大学基础阶段阅读教学中有意识地培养英语专业学生在评论性阅读思考方面的能力将有助于他们在高年级阶段的专业学习。本文据此分别对读前阶段、阅读阶段以及读后阶段的阅读教学提出教改建议和方案,以期英语学习者能够"积极阅读",逐步拥有高层次阅读能力。
It is very necessary to incorporate a healthy skepticism into English majors'first two years tertiary reading instruction,which may help them develop critical thinking skills effectively and carry out their academic studies well at the advanced level.Accordingly the paper offers some pedagogical proposals about pre-reading activities,while-reading activities and post-reading activities,aiming at training English learners to be independent and active readers who will be able not only to accept the information but also understand and evaluate the substance of the reading material.
