摘要
教师提供的写作书面反馈是许多写作研究的焦点。调查的领域包括对形式和内容错误的处理、学生对书面反馈的反应及运用和文本侵占等。本文评述了此类研究,认为在认识到与书面反馈有关的问题时,教师应根据不断变化的学生需要而灵活调整反馈策略。教师要与学生对话,确定学生的态度和偏好,并采取合适的反馈策略,使反馈可被理解并对学生有益。书面反馈应与师生磋商并用,以增强反馈效果,这就要求教师应有较强的责任心。
Written teacher feedback in English writing courses has been the focus of much research on writing.Areas of inquiry include the treatment of errors in both form and content;student reactions to and use of written feedback;text appropriation,etc.This article reviews this research,holding that in realizing the issues surrounding written feedback,teachers must avoid a dogmatic approach without allowing flexibility in accordance with changing student needs.Instructors need to engage each class to determine students'attitudes and preferences,and thereby adopt a feedback strategy to ensure that any written feedback provided is comprehensible and useful.Besides,written feedback should be used together with some form of student-teacher consultation to enhance the effectiveness of feedback,so teachers should have a stronger sense of responsibility.
