摘要
由于词汇意义的丰富以及句子结构的特殊性,英语中很容易出现歧义现象,使语言信号的发出者和接收者之间存在隔阂甚至误解.本文对大学生英语写作中出现的歧义句加以归类、分析和总结,在统计和比较各种类型歧义句出现频率的基础上,试图找出大学生写作中较容易出现歧义现象的"敏感区".最后用心理语言学和认知语言学中的相关理论和策略来进行解歧,以期对英语学习和英语教学起一定的指导作用.
Due to the abundance of English vocabulary and the particularity of sentence structure, ambiguity always exist in English,which hinders the smooth communication between the signal sender and its receiver.Based on the analysis and classification of English ambiguities in college students'writing,the author tries to find out the sensitive area where ambiguity most likely occurs.Then,certain theories and strategies are employed in disambiguation.It is hoped that this would be helpful to foreign language teaching and learning.
