摘要
作为人际功能的一种体现方式,情态表达在商务交际活动中起着十分重要的作用。本文从韩礼德的情态概念出发,结合商务英语的特点,分析了商务英语中情态的表达方式,并从情态表达的主观性和客观性两个方面探讨了情态在商务英语中所体现的功能。
As a way to realize interpersonal functions,modality plays an important part in business activities. Based on Halliday’s concept of modality and the features of business English,this paper attempts to analyze the ways of expression of modality in business English and explore its functions in business English in terms of its expressional subjectivity and objectivity respectively.
