摘要
作为一部基于语义关系建立起来的义类词库词网,WordNet为用户提供了丰富的词汇语义关系。为了便于用户更为便捷地使用这些语义关系来辅助他们的语言学研究或是英语教学研究,本文中作者利用现有的数据库技术,对导出的WordNet动词数据表进行简化、分类和统计,初步还原出了WordNet中动词的上下位关系、分类关系等的构建模式,在此基础上初步勾画出了WordNet的动词构建模式,并对这一模式在英语教学中的应用作了展望。
Being a special electronic dictionary based on semantic relations,WordNet provides its users with rich lexical semantic relations between words. In order to help its users to apply these relations to their linguistic research or pedagogical research,modern database technology is utilized to simplify verb data in WordNet. This paper makes an attempt to revert to the original verb modes adopted in WordNet,draw out the verb modes on the data,and also elaborate its application in English teaching.
