本科翻译专业是培养翻译人才的一个重要组成部分,是满足市场对口译和笔译人才需求的主要途径之一。本文拟从本科翻译专业口译教学的培养目标、课程设置及教学原则等方面进行论述,力求为本科翻译专业形成一个较为实际的定位。

Undergraduate translation and interpretation programs are an important part of translator/interpreter education which provides qualified translators and interpreters for the market. This paper attempts to present a set of realistic goals for undergraduate T&I programs in terms of their objectives,curriculum development and pedagogy exemplified by the training of interpretation.
