剧诗翻译的基本原则——《越人歌》英译评析

The Basic Principles of Dramatic Poem Translation-Analysis on the English Version of Song of Yueren

电影或戏剧在传播文化方面的作用日益加强,其字幕翻译也受到了更多的关注。本文拟从影片《夜宴》中的主题曲《越人歌》的英译来剖析一下其翻译的策略及存在的问题,简单地探讨一下影视剧字幕翻译中剧诗的翻译原则,在此基础上,作者试图对影片中的译文做出相应的修改。

For the gradual enforcement of movies and dramas' function in the promotion of culture,people pay much more attention to the subtitle translation.In this paper,the author chooses the English version of Song of Yueren from the film The Banquet as an example to analyze its translation strategy and the exsiting problems,simply discussing the dramatic poem translation in movies and dramas.Finally,based on the proposed opinions,the author tries to give a new translation.
