摘要
目前不少的研究宏观地对国内教育实习存在的问题进行了审视,指出了教育实习在内容和形式上简单化的不足。然而,实习环节如何实现优化设计多是通过文献阅读方式获取改革动态,欠缺实践的检验。文章以实践为基础,从深化和拓展教育实习的内容与形式入手,对实习优化设计的可能性展开微观探索。
From the macro perspective, current researches have pointed out the deficiencies of the practical training in our country, particularly the simplification in the training contents and methods. Besides, seeking for an optimum design from literature review led to the inefficiencies and infeasibility in the training. With rich experiences in the whole process of training education, the author attempts to diversify the training contents and methods, with the aim of seeking an optimum design from the micro perspective.
