摘要 情感化设计,作为一种新的设计思维,旨在探讨如何设计出能满足顾客情感愉悦的产品。从其研究创立初期,就在众多学科中汲取营养,跨学科的研究特色使得该领域研究具有先天的趣味性与挑战性。本文旨在通过对该领域相关文献的分析,勾画出情感化设计研究取向框架,对不同研究取向的学理基础、内容、方法、结果及应用进行论述,从而呈现出情感化设计更多元化的丰富内涵,
