本文针对县级农机化学校的现状,提出稳定和发展培训阵地、加强硬件和软件的基础建设、保证培训程序统一规范、提高教师综合素质等四条加强县级农机化学校建设的建议。

According to the actuality of county agricul-tural mecha nization schools,this paper putted forward four pieces of advice such as stabi lizing and developing training position,strengthening basic construction of har dware and software,ensuring normative training pro-cess,enhancing teacher's i ntegrated quality.
