原发性高血压患者血清肾上腺髓质素变化的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨原发性高血压患者血清肾上腺髓质素变化及其临床意义。 方法 用放射免疫法测定了 82例原发性高血压 (EH)患者和 30例非高血压患者的肾上腺髓质素 (ADM)水平 ,并进行对照统计分析。 结果 EH组血清ADM水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且与平均动脉压呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与体重指数无相关性意义。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期组间血清ADM水平依次递增 (方差F检验 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,且Ⅲ期组显著高于Ⅰ期组 (P <0 0 1) ,伴心脑肾并发症组血清ADM水平也显著高于无并发症组 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 EH患者血清ADM水平显著升高 ,且与平均动脉压呈正相关 ,随着病情进展 。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum adrenomedullin(ADM) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Serum ADM was tested in 82 cases of hypertension by radioimmunoassay,40 normotensive patients were served as control group. Results Serum ADM was significant increase in the hypertensive group to be compared with that in the control group(t=4.454,P<0.01).And the serum ADM level was positive correlation with the mean artery pressure level(r=0.346,P<0.05).ADM was most marked increase in Ⅲ stage hypertensives(F=4.784,P<0.05),and the patients with complications(t=2.333,P<0.05). Conclusion ADM was increase in hypertensive patients,and most marked increase in Ⅲ stage hypertensives,and the patients with complications.
