轴承-转子-基础系统的油膜振荡问题

摘要 本文对整体基础和框架式基础进行了轴承—转子系统的油膜振荡对比试验;对油膜与转子水平临界转速共振进行了描述;基础对失稳转速的影响进行了讨论;对失稳转速计算模型进行了验证;对临界转速计算提出了除计算垂直方向外应同时计算水平方向的意见。通过油膜振荡的对比试验,更进一步证实了框架式基础上的临界转速比整体基础为高。这一点具有重要的经济意义。 The dynamic behaviour of the foundation has a significant effect on the oil whip of the bearing-rotor-foundation system. In order to ascertain the influence of the foundation on the oil whip, comparative tests on the integral foundation and the frame foundation were made.In this article the method of producing oil whip of the same frequency as that of the horiz ontal critical speed of the rotor of the bearing-rotor system is described. The process of the emergency and disappearance of the oil whip while the rotor was taking up speed and running down again has been recorded. Oil whip occurred on the bearing-rotor system mounted on the integral foundation but it did not occur on the frame foundation. It is comfirmed that the critical speed of the rotor on the frame foundation is higher than that of the rotor on the integral foundation, though the stiffness of the frame foundation is lower than that of the integral one. These results can be applied to the rotor-foundation design.
