前列腺素E_1治疗脑梗塞56例疗效分析

The Effect of Postglandin E 1 Treatment to 56 cases of Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨前列腺素E1治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法 对 5 6例脑梗塞患者给予前列腺素E110 0～ 2 0 0 μg ,加入 5 %葡萄糖液 5 0 0ml中静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,疗程 14天。结果 5 6例患者中 5 4例获得满意疗效 ,总有效率达97 4 %。结论 前列腺素E1能明显改善脑梗塞患者偏瘫侧肌力 ,降低致残率 ,提高患者生活质量 ,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of prostaglandin E 1 treatment to cerebral infarction.Methods 56 patients suffering from cerebral infarction were injected with Prostaglandin E 1(100～200μg/d)for 14 days.Results Among 56 patients,54 patients aquired better effect and total effective rate was 97.4% .Conclusion Prostaglandin E 1 can improve muscular strength,reduce morbility and improve life quality of those patients.
