摘要
目的 :建立氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,用 0 .4 %氢氧化钠溶液作溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 80nm。结果 :平均回收率为 10 0 .2 % ,RSD为 0 .4 7%。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method for Fleroxacin and Glucose injection.Methods: Injection was determined in 0.4% NaOH by uv spectrophotometry. The wavelength of detection was 280 nm.Results: The average recovery of the method was 100.2%. RSD was 0.47%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
