股骨颈旋转角的CT研究

The Study of Rotation Angle of the Femoral Neck on CT

目的 :通过CT观察股骨标本成像以说明股骨颈自身的旋转并测定旋转角度 ,初步探讨其意义。方法 :用螺旋CT扫描 50个股骨标本 ,立体成像 ,股骨颈横断面长轴线与股骨干上段侧位纵轴线相交所成的角 ,定名为“股骨旋转角”。结果 :所有标本 2条线均不重合。股骨颈断面长轴相对于股骨上段侧位纵轴线向前旋转 ,成角 2°～ 36°,平均 1 6 .92°。结论 :股骨颈存在以其纵轴为旋转轴的向前旋转。此种旋转角有别于股骨颈前倾角 ,注意此角度可对临床手术操作有帮助。

Objective:To observe the images of the femoral specimens of humans on CT, to show that the femoral neck has a rotation circling the axis of itself, measure the rotation angle, and explore its preliminary significance. Methods: Scan 50 speciments of human femurs on CT set, make three-dimensional images. On the profile of these images, the long diameter line of the transverse section of the femoral neck and the axis line of femoral shaft make an angle-we called it Rotation Angle of the Femoral Neck. Results: Each femoral specimen has a Rotation Angle of the Femoral Neck. The long diameter line of the transverse section of femoral neck has an onward rotation to the axis line of the femoral shaft on its profile. The angles 2°～36°,average 16.92°. Conclustions: There is a rotation angle of the femoral neck in anatomy of the upside of femoral [face the transverse section of femoral neck, clockwise at left side and counterclockwise at right femoral]. The angle is different from the front inclination of the femoral neck.
