摘要
目的 研究可乐定对利多卡因低位硬膜外阻滞血流动力学的影响。方法 选择 2 0例择期手术的病人 ,ASAⅠ Ⅱ级 ,随机分二组 ,每组 10例 ,两组病人一般情况无显著差异 ,A组麻醉前 90mm口服安慰剂 ,C组麻醉前 90min口服可乐定 3μg·kg-1,两组病人麻醉前 30min鲁米那钠 0 1肌注。选择L1-2 间隙行硬膜外腔穿刺 ,向头侧置管 3cm ,硬膜外腔注射 1 6 %利多卡因 ,总量 12ml。监测病人服药前、麻醉前、麻醉后 10、2 0、40min及麻醉结束时的SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2 、SV、SI、CO、CI、PAR、PAWP记录并比较之。开放静脉通道 ,输注平衡液 ,速度 4ml·min-1。结果 两组病人在服药前、麻醉前、麻醉后 10min、2 0min、40min、麻醉结束的SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2 、SV、SI、CO、CI、PAR、PAWP差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 麻醉前口服可乐定 3μg·kg-1对利多卡因低位硬膜外阻滞血流动力学没有显著性影响。
AIM To study the effect of clomicline on hemodynamics by the lidocaine low epidural block. METHODS Twenty patients were selected for this experiment, and randomly divided into two groups(ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ). In A group (n=10), the placebo was administered at 90 min before anesthesia. In C group (n=10), the clonidine (3 μg·kg -1) was taken at 90 min before anesthesia. All patients were given luminal sodium before anesthesia. Epidural space was punctured in L 1-2 and epidural catheters were placed 3 cm toward head. 1.6% lidocaine was injected into epidural space (total volume 12 ml). SBP,DBP,HR,SPO 2,SV,SI,CO,CI,PAR,PAWP were monitored and recorded before medicine administered anesthesia, at 10 min, 20 min, 40 min after anesthesia, and at anesthesia end. RESULTS SBP,DBP,HR,SPO 2,SV,SI,CO,CI,PAR,PAWP before medicine administered anesthesia, at 10 min, 20 min, 40 min after anesthesia, and at anesthesia end were not significant difference in the two groups. CONCLUSION There was not significant effect of clonidine on hemodynamics when clonidine was administered at 90min before anesthesia in lidocaine low epidural block.
